|  | 547#words #Chakra level: 765 #Luke #Jonin (A-rank) OOC: Using the 1,011 WC from my past training, so I only need to do 289 words to upgrade to next level. ©2013 caliburn | Luke was going over the tooth fragment he had been given by Fell; it was just enough to have it put into the blade he was having built when suddenly, the power to his house failed, sending his tree house flat into darkness. He looked around, his eyes appearing like a cat's do in the darkness as he made his way to the window; it appeared as in the whole block had gone down. Luke groaned.
"You've got to be kidding me? Is this bad karma or something?" Luke said semi sarcastically before he wrapped up the fragment, keeping it nice and safe in the scroll and heading out, locking the door behind him and headed to see the issue. He found a power box, forced opened and with the wires taken out of socket. Fortunately, the wires weren't damaged, so fixing it should be a simple task.
"Doesn't look too difficult," Luke muttered as he reattached the wires, but as soon as he turned the power back on, he got a nasty surprise as thousands of volts went through his body, making him yell in pain, but fortunately, due to his mastery of lightning release, using his lightning release to reduce the damage against him, but even after that, he was covered in electrical burns, but his eyes had changed, appearing as their demon pupils. He wasn't impressed.
"Ok, someone is going to pay for that," Luke growled, looking around and seeing two heads popping out from around the corner, laughing. Luke ran over to them and, seeing their victim was pissed off, ran away from him. But Luke then used his Kageoni Kōtei to dash past them and appear before them, forcing them to stop and look up at him, his eyes glowing in displeasure.
"That hurt, you brats, so maybe I should give you a bit of your own medicine," Luke said, grabbing both boys by the shoulders in a firm grip and used Chidori stream to electrify them, making them yell out in pain before they eventually past out, twitching on the floor like a pair of frogs being electrified to make their bodies move uncontrollable.
"Don't let me catch you two again or you'll end up like you are, helpless and twitching on the floor, goodnight boys, the medical center has been notified of your...condition," Luke told them, a wicked smile on his face as he left, sending a message to the medical center to come pick up the boys and tend to their injuries; he didn't bother using full force with his jutsu since he just wanted to teach them a lesson on their fatal mistake. He headed back home, the lights and power now having returned, he went back to his workbench and making out the details for the blacksmiths to start working on it; it would take a while for it to be ready, but he had to make these details count because a single miscommunication and the whole blade could fail with all the work he put into getting it. Once finally getting all the details marked out, he wrapped it back into the scroll, sealing it and had it sent to the blacksmiths to begin the forging process before he headed to bed after another day.

Description: Luke's variation of high speed movement; appearing to move like a shadow and when he uses this; he tends to leave a shadow of himself behind like a afterimage as he flickers, he takes fewer steps to travel a greater distance before reappearing like a ghost. He can use this to get up to Ten meters per use, however, this does tax him since he's using chakra to enhance his natural speed, giving him speed equal to a rank above him (a example being if his speed is normally C3, while using this, his speed changes to B0 instead). Requires 15 chakra per use.

Description: By releasing the Chidori in every direction, an electrical discharge flows from the user's entire body allowing him to affect multiple enemies. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives minor electrical damage. This attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
