Akira followed Holeman down the hall and out the back door, where Alec, Konran and Shizuka were waiting. He went out spraying water from his hands. Holeman had to have the ability to manuipulate Suiton if he was producing water from seemingly nothing. With how hot it was outside, nobody seemed to care except Konran, but it seemed once he figured out it was only water, he didn't care anymore either. It made Akura laugh some.

Holeman said he hoped he didn't keep them waiting long, and that everything ran smooth. He was curious to see if something like this would work, and that it turned out to be a medical breakthrough. Akira had to admit that he could feel new powers fluctuating beneath his eye lids, but he'd promised himself that he wouldn't become the "typical Uchiha," sort of like that guy running around causing problems.

Alec responded that he'd heard about some drama going around, something that Heiwa wanted to know about too.

Holeman stopped spraying and shook his head with a grin. "Ahh, heard about that huh," he said. He shook his gloved hands off and wiped his shirt with them. "Emiko has -- well, had --  a team of students; A guy named Suna Hari, a girl named Miyuki, and a grown man named Okami Uchiha. I guess this Okami guy has been going around causing all kinds of drama and mess."

Holeman sat in one of the lawn chairs near the back door. "The way it was told to me, this guy came over in your village and stuck his nose somewhere it didn't belong, and got beat up by Kurai. When he went back to Mori, he was given command of his own team. I guess he didn't do a good job on doing the research on them and tried doing the bell test, not knowing they were both long range, meaning that test was dumb to try. Suna had some words about it and Okami let the famous Uchiha rage over ride his common sense. Tried to pull a weapon on the kid, but someone else stopped him."

"So this Okami guy was demoted and put on the same team with Suna and Miyuki to teach him a lesson, but that turned out to be a disaster. Okami and Suna were like a couple of angry dogs, yapping and snapping at each other, even here. I guess Suna learned some things when he came to Kurayami; said he could have killed Okami, but decided not to. Okami raged again, started crying and yelling, a grown man, hahaha. I'm just glad he had the brains enough to leave before my mom came downstairs. He'd probably be dead right now."

"I heard the Kage of Mori is stepping down because of family reasons. Suna and Miyuki are staying here because they don't wanna be in the same village as Okami. Marquetta is stepping down because she's pregnant, and Emiko is gonna take over for her. Everything'll be just fine with her running things. Plus we have Suna and Miyuki in the village ranks with me, Mits, Kouten and Amatsu now; if something happens we can all handle it easy enough..."

Holeman grinned again, putting his hands behind his head. Another successful surgery to his credit. it would be interesting to see how these Uchiha would turn out, and what kind of powers they would weild with those eyes of theirs. Would the power trip get to them too? It didn't look like it at the moment, but things changed with time. "So Alec, you planning on sticking around for a while like last time? Or are you headed back to Kurayami?"

So this Okami made yet another scene, here in front of the Holeman Clinic. It was a wonder he made it out of the situation uninjured, or even alive for that matter. Something was with that guy if he honestly let a child drive him to the point where he was raging and even crying. Alec decided then and there that he wouldn't be allowed back in Kurayamigakure.

"Also seems he's into it with someone else who claimed to be from my village but is actually from the forest," added Alec. "Someone named Luke Ya-something. I was told he was killed, but he's alive again. Something fishy is going on, and neither one of them will be allowed in Kurayami again. You might want to keep a close eye on things too, Holeman."

Everything else he knew already. Temaki and Marquetta were stepping down. Emiko was taking over as Kage. Suna and Miyuki were now residents of Sabaku. Alec was going to wait and see how Mori turned out. Who would be put in charge over there? If worse came to worse, Alec would put plans in motion, and enact them by force if it came to that. It would be easy enough to deal with unorganized upstarts who let kids get beneath their skin, among others.

Shizuka was making fixtures and adjustments to her weapon. Still reminded of Mitsukai, Alec began to think that the weapon was a firearm of some sort. Sooner or later Alec would see her in action with it, something he looked forward to.

"I hate to make you operate and then leave right after, but I need to be getting back home," Alec said, stretching. "My people need to be informed of what's up, and we have drama of our own. There's still slivers and little pieces of those guys around who ran the place before we came along. There could be other secret labs and hideaways out there that have people being captured and experimented on. We need to be on the look out."

Alec shook Holeman's hand. "Thanks again, old friend. Anything you need, be sure and let me know, alright?'

Motioning for everyone to follow him, Alec left the clinic and headed back to The Mossberg, letting the crew know that it was time to set out.

Once her tools were put completely away Shizuka stood up. She examined her gunscythe once more and then with a small burst of chakra caused it to fold back up on itself before clipping it back onto the leather strap she wore around her waist. She listened in her usual silence as information about a rather dramatic situation unfolded in front of her. There was an individual named Okami Uchiha who had come to Kurayamigakure and caused some trouble. This same individual after returning to his home village had caused even more trouble by pointing a weapon at someone who was supposed to be his student; someone who was several ranks below him. This caused Okami Uchiha to be demoted and placed on a squad with two people, one of whom was the person he pointed the weapon at. This was supposed to teach Okami Uchiha some kind of lesson, but it sounded like that hadn't worked. In fact, from what she was now hearing it sounded like things had got worse. So much so in fact that when they all came to Sabakugakure Okami Uchiha had ended up raging and crying his eyes out over something that the other individual had said.

This of course was all mixed up with a shift in power: the Harukage stepped down, Emiko and her squad became permanent residents of Sabakugakure, and Emiko was appointed to kage as Marquetta was stepping down due to being pregnant. It all sounded rather political given all the shifts in power. Shizuka didn't care: she was just waiting for a target to present itself that she could kill. Alec Kane clearly wasn't going to want Okami back in Kurayamigakure, nor another individual named Luke, and Shizuka was all for ending both of them were they to show up over there and refuse to leave. She would do anything, after all, to protect the person and his friends and family who had rescued her.

Alec Kane then said that it was time to leave; that he hated to ask Holeman to operate and then leave just as quickly, but some of the Headband crew could still be around kidnapping and experimenting on people. When Alec Kane left, Shizuka followed after him, wondering if they would run into any pirates on their trip home, or if it would be smooth sailing like it had been here.

The story was told. There were people from the forest village on a team with a Uchiha leading it. He tried a test that didn't make sense for his students, and one of them named Suna said something to piss off the Uchiha. He attempted to draw a weapon on him but the attempt was stopped by an outside party. It made Konran frown; why would someone stronger try to bring harm on someone that knew they could win against? This Okami person sounded like a coward.

Before that, he got into a situation in Kurayami that caused Kurai, the guy with the cool jacket and pet monkey, to beat Okami up. There was a recent incident right here earlier involving Suna and Okami; an incident that caused Okami to "let the famous Uchiha rage over ride his common sense" as Holeman put it. He had the brains enough to leave before his mother came downstairs. If that happened, Konran thought Okami would have been dead by now, or at the very lease, severely injured.

There was also something else about a Luke character that was reported as dead, but currently lived. Alec didn't want any of that mess in Kurayami, and said that neither would be welcome in the village. When Holeman asked if they would stay a while, Alec said he hated to make Holeman do work and then leave right after, but he had his own business to take care of. There were probably other hidden areas where remnants of the Headbands had secret labs where they continued experiments on people. Konran himself wanted to help look for them, and shut them down. He didn't want anyone else to have to be raised like he was.

Alec and Holeman said their goodbyes. Konran shook Holeman's hand again himself while patting him on the shoulder. "See you again, friend," he said, feeling strange that he could say such things now. "Take care of your mom, ok?... Tell her Konran says hi."

Konran was soon following Alec and the others back to The Mossberg. Soon they would be setting out back towards home.

A lot of stuff had been going on recently; some dramatic, some not. Kage's were stepping down and others stepping into their place, incuding here in Sabakugakure. The new kage seemed like someone everyone was cool with, and seemed to be a competent person from what she was hearing which was good - she'd hate to see Sabakugakure go to the dogs. Alec sensei seemed eager to return home due to some straglers from the headband crew still hanging around trying to kidnap people and do experiments on them.

While Heiwa normally would have loved to stay longer she knew her family was likely worried, Akira's too. "Probably a good thing to head back early anyway. I can imagine my mom's super cleaning the house to try and distract herself from me being gone, while my dad's likely pacing a hole in the carpet by now with worry. I'm sure Akira's parents are probably worried, too, I'd imagine."

She would look toward Holeman, grinning. "Thanks again, Holeman! If you ever need anything don't hesitate to ask!" She would then wave before heading off to follow after Alec and everyone else, eager to get on the ship and maybe catch a nap before they got home: she knew once she got there she wouldn't get one because her brother would likely have a million questions to ask of her, and would probably keep her up all day and well into the night until he got all of the answers he was looking for.

A lot of stuff was going on. Kage's were stepping down. That guy whom Kurai beat up was still at it, the "Typical Uchiha," raging at young kids and causing disturbances. That other guy, Luke, who ran up on Alec and started bowing to him the day Akira first met Alec, was said to be dead, but was alive. Alec wasn't allowing either of those guys to come back to Kurayami.

Alec said he wanted to get back to the village because they had their own problems. More Headbands could be in the wilds with secret experiment labs, and they could still be kidnapping innocent people. He also wanted to let everyone know what was up. Akira wanted to go home because his parents were probably driving themselves crazy and sick with worry. He also wanted to start getting ready to do missions on his own. He was more than ready now. Akira wanted to find more of these labs so that he could shut them down.

Alec, Konran and Heiwa all said goodbye to Holeman, shaking his hand and telling him if he needed anything that he was free to ask them. Akira himself patted Holeman on his back. "Same here," he said. "If there's anything I can do just let me know. My people won't mind if I come back out here by myself, especially now."

Akira followed the others as they left. It was back to the ship, then back to Kurayami...
