Enter the Darkness... [OPEN-NO KILL]

Well, time to come to an agreement with the local people, Okami thought as he dropped his bag off in an old Uchiha safehouse. It was a bit dusty after the centuries, but it was as good a place as any for his stay. His eyes adjusting to the dark quickly, he stepped outside, wearing his usual garb; A short sleeved, high collared shirt emblazoned with the Uchiha crest, long white pants wit leg wraps, and a white sash obi that held his katana. He was wearing a belt underneath with his pouch, containing ten kunai and an equal number of shuriken, and five scrolls sat next to them. His Morigakure headband was wrapped around his upper right arm in it's usual place, red silk and steel with the symbol of the Great Tree. He left his armor in the safehouse, replacing the ancient seals and marking its location on his map.

Walking outside, he noticed several people glaring at him from the dark, half in fear and half in awe. This Village was used to being occupied, and it was strange to them to have a safe haven. Okami pitied them. Brushing the bangs out of his eye, he noticed that he could figure out the layout of the city fairly easily. Deciding that it would be best to seek out his family first, he decided to walk towards the large house to the north. Once he found them, he would begin to do jobs and train.

One word was whispered into the Wireless Communication system that the main members of the village had: "Intruder."

A tall, skinny young man was nearby, walking in the same direction as Okami. He was dressed completely in black: a black jacket with a hood on that concealed his entire face except for his nose and mouth, black loose fitting pants, black boots, and black fingerless gloves. As he walked, the shadows seemed to move and quiver beneath and around him.

An abnormally large crow sat on his left shoulder that had glowing red eyes. There were other crows as well, larger than ordinary crows, all seeming to be following the young man. Some were perched upon the gutters of houses and the branches of trees. Some of them made loud caw sounds and lifted off, scattering feathers as they followed the young man in black.

He kept pace with Okami, staring, but remaining silent.

"..."

Noticing that something was up, Okami watched the crows flying about nearby. It was disconcerting, to say the least. He also noticed a man following him. He wore all black, and had a crow with red eyes sitting on his shoulders. This was an immediate sign that something was wrong. The air around Okami would seem to heat up as he spun about. Walking backwards, he would look at the boy, setting his hand on his katana gently with a look to the man that would be friendly with an equal amount of wariness.

"Hello, there. May I help you?" Friendly, but straight to the point. Okami got a lot of answers from that approach. Quick and clean.

Kuro didn't say a word. The crow on his shoulder looked to the man and gave a loud CAW! in his direction. More birds seemed to gather in the vicinity, all staring down at the man with beady red glowing eyes from various roofs, gutters and the branches of trees.

The shadows around Kuro began to move abnormally when Okami rested his hand on that sword. Kuro had no idea who this man was, or why he was here, but if his intentions were going to be violent, then Kuro would be happy to oblige. After looking down at that sword, he looked back at the man's face, a thin grin appearing on what could be seen of his face.

"..."

"Sorry, don't mind my colleague here," said another voice from somewhere above. Another young man dropped in from above. "He's very protective of the village, but not very talkative."

The young man landed with the force that caused the ground around them to tremble. He stood up straight and folded his arms, dressed in a red top with yellow stripes. He had on black ankle length slacks, black sandals and black fingerless gloves. The young man had skin the color of chocolate and short, frizzy black hair that looked like a worn out brillo pad. The red top he wore had a large collar that concealed everything below a pair of piercing yellow eyes.

What had to stand out the most about this young man was the large black gourd on his back, glowing; the air around it moving and shimmering as if it were heated or on fire. It smelled of blood.

"My name is Kinzoku," He said. "He's Kuro Nara. We make up some of the people who protect Kurayamigakure, security, if you will. Is there anything WE can do to help YOU?"

Okami shrugged, taking his hand off of his blade. He decided it was worth it to be friendly, as they were allies. "My name is Okami Uchiha. I'm an A-Ranked Jounin from Mori. I was given permission to travel here o train and see about rumors of more Uchiha running around here. Do you know anything about this?"

Flipping his long hair, he would wait for a response. His face was covered in scars from a fight years ago, but was still handsome as he politely smiled. These men were allies now, and he would be as polite as he could. After all, he was the first of the Mori Nin to set foot in Kurayamigakure.

Kinzoku was better and handling these situations. Kuro wasn't a talker. He was more enclined to strangle people and make them kill themselves. The man said his name was Okami Uchiha, from the forest village, Mori. He said he was given permission - likely by Temaki - to travel here and train, and to check out the rumors of the Sect of Uchiha that lived here.

A great ruffling of wings erupted around them as the many crows in the area lifted off, cawing, scattering feathers. Kuro turned and moved off, seeming to disappear into the very shadows themselves

"Hmmmm... Uchiha," Kinzoku responded. "It was to my understanding that Alec wanted to keep their existence a secret, but with something this big, word is bound to spread, I suppose..."

It seemed like maybe this was the second coming of the Uchiha. They were all coming out of hiding. Word was spreading about them, and people were beginning to come and look. it was no secret that all Uchiha had potential located within their eyes, and these eyes could be stolen.

Okami claimed to be a Uchiha, but Kinzoku wasn't so quick to believe someone he didn't know. He'd have to keep a close eye on this one. "...Maybe you should go see Alec, in the north district," Kinzoku said, with a look of skepticism. "Knowing Alec though, he probably knows your here, and is looking at you right now. So you'll be expected. He's in the mansion in the north district. As security of the village I have to ask that you please mind yourself while in Kurayamigakure..."

Kinzoku was next to move off, returning to the rooftop patrols.

Shrugging again, Okami returned to moving towards the large mansion in the northern district. He was more cautious now that he had been spotted, but he didn't mind too much. It was just the local shinobi, so it was perfectly acceptable for them to be curious. Going to see Alec, the Kuraikage, was the best idea at this point. The other man had suggested it, and the gourd on his back spoke volumes about his strenth and body count.

A visitor, from Morigakure, their new allies. Kuro and Kinzoku were just doing their jobs. Alec had seen him coming long before he arrived within the boundaries of Kurayamigakure. He could hear the conversation on the Wireless Communicators, and could hear when the man claimed to be a Uchiha. Kinzoku was correct in his assumption: he had wanted to keep the clan a secret, but he knew that this wouldn't last forever. Alec would have to monitor this situation with care. If the wrong person got their hands on a pair of those eyes, things could turn out disastrous. He knew, because he was once one of those wrong people.

Alec stood up from his desk on the 3rd floor of the mansion, to grab his blind fury walking stick and make his way down to the first floor. He walked out of the front doors and down the steps of the porch, walking towards the village. Okami Uchiha... perhaps he was looking for the rest of his clan. Or... perhaps he was looking to exploit himself a pair of eyes. Alec wasn't going to jump to any conclusions just yet.

Okami would see a tall man approaching him. This man had shoulder length white hair, a young looking face and a pale complexion. He wore a blindfold over his eyes, but carried himself as if he weren't. Alec was wearing a black cloak with a hood, the hood currently down. This cloak was actually much more than it seemed. In his left hand was a polished black walking stick, it too actually much more than it seemed. At his left side there was a katana tied, it's scabbard glowing, leaking a substance that looked like smoke that left a trail behind him as he walked, disappearing after so long.

"Okami Uchiha?" Alec said as he approached. "My name is Alec Kane, i'm the Kuraikage." Okami had the scent of the forest on him, so him being from Mori was the truth at least. "How can I be of assistance today?"

Kurayamigakure no Sato was... amazing. Her mother, Temaki Inuzuka the Harukage, had told her stories of her visit here but the stories just did not compare to seeing it with your own eyes. The child with the golden blond wolf ears and tail and long hair to match had just arrived in the village dressed in her typical style: a black and white dress with a red trailing scarf around her neck, stockings that went almost the whole way up her thighs, and black boots. The child likely would have easily blended in had it not been for the three ANBU escorting her.

Temaki had been unable to make the trip, given the amount of work she had to do in the village, and therefore had sent her daughter with an escort comprising of some rather strong ANBU individuals: ones she trusted with her daughters life.

As they arrived at the village gates, if they weren't stopped before then, one of the ANBU would reach up and gently put a hand on her shoulder to stop her from just walking in while the others looked around. Clearly they were waiting to be greeted; they wanted to cause as little trouble as possible. Nyx stopped, looking up at the individual, and simply giggled. "Heeeelllloooo?", she called out. She wasn't scared, simply amused and happy as she always was: even with the documents hidden in a seal in her pocket she wasn't worried.

"Hello, Kuraikage-dono. My name is Okami Uchiha, as you already deduced. I'm an A-Rank Jounin from Morigakure. Here's my file, if you wish. I always carry a copy on me. I'm sure you can ignore the black ink, but ohter than that there really isn't much to say. I'm here to train and assist Kurayamigakure in bringing itself back up. I would also like to see the rest of my family. You see, I am a descendant of the original Main Branch of the family, one who caused a bit of ruckus a few hundred years ago. My portion of the family has been secluded, and the Head of the Family is now Temaki's husband. I heard that there was some family here, hiding out. I am hoping that you could guide me to them."

Okami would make sure that he was as friendly as possible. He was a full head shorter than the Kuraikage, with hair two or three times as long. Handing over his file as he spoke, he noticed that the man had a blindfold over his eyes, but acted fully like he could see. Accepting this as another quirk of this world, he quickly disregarded it and noted the man's behavior for future reference. It always helped to know who you were associating with.

Okami introduced himself, and handed over a file. He said he was here to assist in the upbringing of Kurayami, and also to look for more of his clan. He admitted that he was part of the strain of Uchiha that was responsible for the trouble all those hundreds of years ago.

"...Train and assist hmm?" Alec said, "reading" his file, turning the pages. "I wouldn't know how exactly you could help in that endavour; we've gotten things back together around here quite alright. As for the sect of Uchiha here, besides some of the young ones, I haven't really had the chance to meet the heads and the elders yet, but---"

Alec turned his head, as if "looking" at something. The radar told him that there were several headed towards the village. One of them looked exactly like Temaki's daughter, Nyx. The people with her had the build of ANBU agents. "One second, it seems I have more visitors," Alec said, quickly forming hand signs. A clone of Alec appeared and ran off with the speed that made it seem that it simply vanished into thin air.

Shadow Clone Jutsu:

The clone quickly approached the gates where Nyx and her 2 companions were waiting. "We meet again, Nyx," said the clone. "Come in, please. There's all manner of man eating beast out there waiting in the shadows, we don't need any accidents. What brings you all the way out here?"

The ANBU with Nyx looked up at the fast approaching individual who was arriving upon the scene but they remained peaceful and non-hostile. Nyx followed where they seemed to be looking to see Alec Kane approaching. She offered a wave and a grin and then skipped her way through the gates with the ANBU following behind her. "Hello again, Mister Kane.", Nyx would respond while the ANBU gave their own respectful bows of their head.

Nyx glanced back at them, giggled, and then looked back to Alec. "I came to visit. My momma said I had to bring them with me because it was dangerous to come here by myself because I might get eaten by a bear." She giggled again, apparently unphased by this idea. "She told me to be good, and asked me to give something important to you; something she forgot when you guys were meeting."

The child paused in speaking, reaching into her pocket; her arm going down deeper than what it should have. She fished around for a second and then pulled out a variety of papers with a great deal information of them, including those who had a price on their head and were wanted for crimes against Morigakure. "Here you go, Mister Kane.", she would said before handing the information to him to take.

Waiting for the Kuraikage to continue, Okami himself would expand his senses and note the surrounding area. The mansion ahead of him was expansive, and had several stories. It would take all of his time if he just admired the architecture behind it. Walking about a little bit, he watched the arcs and pillars. Snapping his attention away after a few minutes, he examined the Kuraikage again. "Is the visitor anyone I would know of?"

Alec's clone took what Nyx gave it, and opened it to "read." The sarcastic expression on his face melted into a frown.

So it would appear that the individual he'd met previously, Luke Yasenha, was actually a Missing Nin. He wasn't from Kurayami at all, or if he once was, he wasn't anymore. "Yeah... I'd thought that guy seemed a little fishy," he said. He handed the file back to Nyx. "I'm a clone, the real me is just up the road a bit. You'll run into me if you continue down this street." then the clone vanished into smoke.

The information was transferred to the actual Alec, who took the same expression the clone did. "...Temaki's daughter Nyx just brought some important information," answered Alec to Okami's question. "It would appear that someone that I thought was a resident of this village, a one Luke Yasenha, is actually a resident of Mori, which means he is a Missing Nin. He's been acting quite funny since I saw him last. Since Mori and Kurayami are now allies I can't stand by and let this go on."

Alec put a hand to his left ear. "Kurai... I have a task for you. The person you saw in the woods the other day, around your sister? He's a missing nin from Mori. I need you to handle this for me. Try to do it clean but if he resists... no peace talks, no white flags. Do what you have to."

Okami's eyes widened as he heard Luke's name. As he recalled, Luke had merely disappeared shortly after graduating the Academy. That he was here was...shocking. The man had only been a Chuunin when he had last seen him, but it didn't matter. Luke was one of the more popular people in the school, as was Okami during the 8 months he spent there. To see him again...

"Actually, Kuraikage-sama, Luke was one of my friends during our Academy days. At least, he wasn't one who beat me up outside of classes. It would be relieving to have some closure with this. Please, let me handle this!" The scarred man would reply, already remembering in his head the two's individual strengths and weaknesses. Luke was a skilled Raiton user, while Okami used Katon. They didn't have an elemental advantage against each other, but if Okami used his Yin and Yang styles, perhaps he could get an advantage there.

It also concerned him that little Nyx was here, but if she was then there had to be ANBU here. The ANBU Black Ops was his own ambition someday, if he were honest with himself. Being ANBU would give him access to plenty of new jutsu, and it would be...interesting, to say the least.

Nyx made an "oooo" sound when hearing that that was simply a clone and took the file back with a giggle. She stuck it safely back into her pocket and in through the seal so that she didn't have to carry it. When the clone vanished in a puff of smoke she would tug on the nearest ANBU's hand and then begin to walk in the direction indicated; or rather skip.

The happy, and rather amused, child took little time in making it to the real Alec. Upon her arrival she noticed another individual, one who given her sensitive senses, smelled like the very forest she had left. She glanced up at the ANBU who were likewise checking Okami out: they knew he would be here since Temaki had given them the heads up. They would offer a polite nod while Nyx made quick work in removing the documents once more from her pocket and handing them to the real Alec.

With her tail swaying from side to side in a happy method, her ear wolf-like ears perked up, she was clearly a very happy child. "You are the real Mister Kane this time, right?" She then looked over to Okami and tilted her head a bit. "You smell like trees.", to which one of the ANBU actually facepalmed, or rather, maskpalmed.
