Description: The user must come into physical contact with the target, at which point they place a special seal. This seal acts as both a fuuinjutsu seal and a genjutsu trigger. The Genjutsu is simple enough; it has zero effect on the user's perceptions, merely working into the mind of the affected and implant a specific word of the caster's choosing. This word then begins to take over the target's mind, replacing all thoughts and slowly overwriting the target's language centers until nothing else exists. The moment the user verbalizes the special word, it triggers the Fuuinjutsu aspect of the seal. Over the course of the next post the pressure inside the affected skull rises exponentially; until at the start of the final post the brain of the affected literally explodes from every orifice of the skull. The damage aspect of this jutsu can be negated via stopping the affected from speaking the embedded word somehow; via unconsciousness or some other preventive measure. If able to stop the verbalization of the word for the maximum 5 posts of charge time, the seal breaks with no consequences and the genjutsu is lifted, returning the target's full mental capacity to them.

Description: This jutsu is nothing more then a simple jet of water; used to create the standing water for other, more advanced Water jutsu. The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.

Description: This is a basic Lightning Release technique, but its usage is very reliable for those who utilize Lighting Release techniques. After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates a small electromagnetic charge in their fingertips, usually the thumb and index fingers. By touching the ground with their fingers, the user can get a bearing as of what direction they are travelling in and the distance from rock formations and buildings nearby. It can also track other people using the electric signals in their brain, though it can merely tell how far that person is, and it reaches a distance of about 100 meters.

This can also be used as a basic weapon, for the user can attack the opponent in the head or back of the neck and the electric charge can disrupt their nervous system for a while, disorienting them and leaving them dizzy for a few moments. However, this technique deals no damage whatsoever and the effects will wear off after 1 post.

Description: This is a simple, if specialized seal. There is no base, and the seal is created with a single hand. The user creates a fist, with two fingers extended outward, and charges the fingertips with chakra. They then write the symbol of the element they wish to harness, which creates the seal of the jutsu. They then either smack, punch, or slice the seal with a blade to release the chakra. The effects are as follows:

Non-Elemental: The seal breaks, releasing a burst of very bright light and a sharp, high pitched note for several seconds that causes a 1 post stun and blinding effect to anyone that both sees and hears the seal break. If only the tone is heard, the affected is deafened for 1 post.

Wind: The seal explodes with a directed burst of air, that has enough power to knockback an enemy from point blank range up to 10 feet.

Water: Fires a low power bullet of water, equal to a gallon of water flying at roughly 20 mph. Useful for countering weak Katon or creating openings.

Fire: Creates a small ball of flame that flies forward from the seal at a rate of 20 mph. The flames are hot enough to cause a first degree flash burn, but little else. Can be used as an ignition source for other jutsu.

Earth: Fires several dozen small rocks with the power of a thrown senbon. The rocks cause little more then a small amount of pain and light bruising. Best as a distraction. If the seal is placed upon the ground, it causes the earth to buckle and rise upward 2 inches for a 15 foot diameter around the user. Effective for breaking balance or interrupting sprints.

Lightning: A single bolt of lightning is fired from the seal. Causes a 1 post stun and 1st degree burn for a half inch radius around the point of impact.

Description: The user channels raiton chakra in large arcs that are able to travel through any medium that is not a natural insulator. While several techniques allow the user to create similar currents of lightning that run through conductive materials this skill is unique in the ability to jump between different conductors, significantly increasing its range and effectiveness. As such, this technique could allow the current to arc from one section of metal to another by traveling through the air. Furthermore, this allows this technique to strike targets that are not in contact with a conductive material, adding an increased level of danger to this technique. These arcs may only travel a maximum of 20 meters unless a secondary medium is used, such as metal wires and the like. In this case, the arcs are able to move the length of the wires as normal, however they will only be able to jump and move a total of 20 meters between different conductors.

The pressure of the water is enough to cause significant bruising, and the possibility of dislocated joints; if hit at a distance not to exceed 15 feet, and directly on an exposed joint such as the shoulder. May cause temporary blinding if the opponent it hit directly in the face at close range (<5 meters); at which the blinding would last no more then 3 posts.

Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Description: By concentrating chakra in his throat; Hiroyuki is able to release a piercing howl so loud that it can be heard over nearly any noise. Said howl is the trigger for one of his more devastating Genjutsu; an illusion strong enough to strike fear into the hearts of most ninja. The illusion itself is simple enough; the world fades to black and all sound save for a high pitched ringing diminishes. After what feels like several minute of being trapped in pitch blackness; points of light appear in the distance. As the points move closer; they take the shape of pairs of eyes; canine and yellowed and shining with feral rage. Once the eyes are close enough to be distinguished as being canine; a growling noise begins to grow from the nothingness. The growl grows in intensity until the forms of the canine's themselves appear; several dozen pack mates of extremely wolven features.  At this point; the canines begin to lunge one at a time at the target; grabbing onto it's body with fangs and claws before ripping large chunks of flesh away. The target is forced to watch as it's body is reduced to little more then skeleton and sinew; before the Alpha of the pack finishes the job and crushes the skull. At this point the target awakes from the Genjutsu; physically unharmed; but often so mentally broken and scared that they suffer from a two post stun. This jutsu is easily avoidable by plugging the ears the moment the howl is heard; or via pain from an outside source.

Description: Simply put, Divine Protection of the Wind (風の加護, Kaze no Kago) is a defensive technique that allows the user to shield either themselves or other with swirling constructs of compressed wind chakra. As this technique was designed without the usage of hand seals in mind it relies more heavily upon chakra control than most other skills. Practitioners of this technique generally manifest spiraling barriers of air, but a variation of this skill can be used to create a dome of swirling wind around a target. Both versions of this skill are capable of protecting the user and others from physical and chakra-based assaults. It should be noted that the use of this technique leaves the protected target extremely vulnerable to fire release techniques, which will cause a powerful explosion upon contact with the concentrated wind barrier. Therefore, this skill should be used mindfully in order to maximize its effectiveness.

Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user is able to create sufficient amounts of water themselves, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The dragon itself will not exceed a maximum length of 50 feet, nor a maximum diameter of 5 feet. The dragon itself is rather bulky, leading to a distinct lack of accuracy control; something that must be trained to overcome. This leaves the chance for evasion, if the target is far enough away and is quick enough. The dragon itself travels as easily twice the comfortable running speed of the average C-Rank ninja, but given the lack of control it can still be evaded if you are able to dodge to the side far enough, fast enough. The power of this jutsu is the sheer concussive force of the blast; which can be enough to render some targets unconscious, as well as cause major injuries. Massive bruising and extreme pain are guaranteed, as well as a very high risk for broken bones and moderate internal injuries.


Name: Water Release: Whirlpool (Suiton: Uzumaki - 水解放: 渦)

Description: Water Style: Whirlpool is a water-based Ninjutsu that creates a large amount of water that covers an entire area. The water is then turned into a large whirlpool that sucks anything caught underwater. Anything caught in the whirlpool and unable to escape will drown after 5 posts. Ninja of higher rank than the jutsu are able to utilize the Water Walking technique to avoid being pulled under, as well as being able to break the hold of the jutsu if they are swept into the actual whirlpool.

Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.

Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.

The explosion has no offensive power, it would feel like nothing more than a stiff breeze brushing across bare skin.
