Name: Substitution Jutsu (Kawarimi no Jutsu - 変わり身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: With this technique, users replace their own body with some other object, generally with a block of wood, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations, as it allows for a swift getaway from danger.
Name: Clone Technique (Bushin no Jutsu - 分身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: - 5 chakra per post. Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: A ninjutsu that creates an intangible copy of one's own body, without any substance. Since the clone itself doesn't have the ability to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy, it is mainly used in combination with other ninjutsu. It's a basic technique, but depending on one's ingenuity, it can be used effectively. The clones may not dissipate when they come into contact with something. These clones can be easily distinguished by persons with dōjutsu. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones do not have shadows and will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (i.e. won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Name: Transformation Jutsu (Henge no Jutsu - 変化の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to - battle, intelligence gathering, diversions - this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it.
Detection of this jutsu is related to you Reaction Ability Stat. If your REA stat is equal to or lower than the Rank of the person Transformed, you will not be able to detect that they are using a jutsu. If your REA is at least 1 sub-teir above that of the Transformed user, you will be able to see through the transformation.
Name: Body Flicker Technique (Shunshin no Jutsu - 瞬身の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: By using the Body Flicker Technique, a ninja can move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.
The Body Flicker Technique CANNOT BE USED IN COMBAT. It can only be used to enter, or leave, a thread.

Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.
Name: Ninja Art: Solar Flare Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short(0-5m), Mid(5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.
Name: Snap Spark Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: / Cooldown: 2 posts Description: An extremely simple jutsu in practice and function; the user merely focuses a small amount of chakra to the pad of the thumb of their dominant hand and then snaps their fingers normally. This causes a small burst of sparks to fall to the ground. This jutsu is meant to be a quick ignition source for other jutsu; but may also be used as a distraction. The sparks are no hotter then what fall from a child's sparkler and cause no damage; but the sting can make for a useful surprise.
Name: Smokescreen Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu OR Chakra Flow Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user inhales deeply; mixing chakra in their lungs and throat to produce a thick cloud of black smoke over a specified area. Within the smoke cloud the visibility is reduced to less then three feet. The smoke is not-lethal; but it does sting the eyes and lungs; causing anyone caught in it to cough, wheeze, and tear up. Can be dispelled with a Wind jutsu of equal or higher rank.
Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: duration + 5 posts Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from areas with large sources of water nearby, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a per-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Any Doujutsu with the ability to 'See' chakra can easily defeat the mists; as well as a sensor ninja of 2 ranks above the user.
Name: Water Release: Hiding in Water Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 post, -10 chakra per post after initial 5 Cooldown: 10 posts Description: Using this jutsu, a ninja is able to be concealed within water itself. The user may submerge in a body of water as small and shallow as a puddle. While submerged, the ninja is perfectly hidden, detectable only by sensors of 1 rank higher or more from the user; or a normal ninja of 2 ranks higher.
Name: Water Release: Archerfish Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu is nothing more then a simple jet of water; used to create the standing water for other, more advanced Water jutsu. The amount of water created is dependent on the User's rank. D-rank users would produce only a few gallons; C-rank up to 10 ft³ (Cubic Feet), B-rank 1 acre ft, A-rank 3 acre ft. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.
Name: Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique (Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu - 水遁: 水手裏剣技法) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 post Description: By using his or her chakra the user manipulates water to form shuriken. Once the shuriken is cut, hit, or falls to the ground the shuriken will turn back into water. The creates shuriken travel a maximum of 10 meters before dispersing, and are as powerful as normal shuriken. The user is able to create a maximum of 6 shuriken at a time using this jutsu.
Name: Water Release: Poison Mist (Suiton: Doku Kasumi - 水遁:毒霞翳) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Suppleentary Element: Suiton Range: 5 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description:This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist. However, the vapor itself acts as a toxin to the target's eyes, blinding them. It can also constantly burn the target's throat, disabling their ability to speak as well. This technique is mostly useful for separating teams of shinobi, effectively cutting off communication between them. The effects last as long as the mist is in place. Those caught within the mist that are of B-rank or higher are unaffected.

Name: Raiton no Awa Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C - S Type: Offensive | Defensive Element: Suiton | Raiton Range: C: 0 – 5 Meters | B: 0 – 10 Meters | A: 0 – 25 Meters | S: 0 – 50 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: C: 2 Posts | B: 3 Posts | A: 4 Posts | S: 5 Posts Cooldown: Duration +1 Description: The user creates bubbles infused with raiton; the amount of bubbles, the distance that they can travel, how long they last, and the potency of their attack all depend on their rank. The bubbles will last a set amount of posts (dependent on the rank of the jutsu) unless touched; in which case they will pop upon contact. These bubbles generally surround an area within so many meters of the caster (the distance they can travel is once again dependent on their rank). When using this jutsu the caster is unaffected by the bubbles, and can make up to three allied targets (of their choosing) unaffected as well. C Rank: At this rank the user can create 25 bubbles. These bubbles, when they pop, will cause first degree electrical burns over a one inch radius of the skin upon contact. These burns are only surface burns, and do not in fact go deep at all. Being hit by more then three bubbles at this rank will cause a one post stunning effect. B Rank: At this rank the user can create 50 bubbles. These bubbles, when they pop, will cause second degree electrical burns over a inch and a half radius of the skin upon contact. These burns will go roughly a quarter of an inch deep into the flesh. Being hit by more then 2 bubbles at this rank will cause a one post stunning effect. Anyone hit by 5 or more bubbles at this rank will have 5 posts in which to seek medical attention (from a medic of A rank or higher) before they will die due to the electricity within the bubbles causing damage to the targets mind and organs. A Rank: At this rank the user can create 75 bubbles. These bubbles, when they pop, will cause third degree electrical burns over a two inch radius of the skin upon contact. These burns will go roughly half an inch deep into the flesh. Being hit by even a single bubble at this rank will cause a two post stunning effect. Anyone hit by 3 or more bubbles at this rank will have 3 posts in which to seek medical attention (from a medic of A rank or higher) before they will die due to the electricity within the bubbles causing damage to the targets mind and organs. S Rank: At this rank the user can create 100 bubbles. These bubbles, when they pop, will cause third degree electrical burns over a two and a half inch radius of the skin upon contact. These burns will go an inch deep into the flesh. Being hit by even a single bubble at this rank will cause a three post stunning effect. Anyone hit by even a single bubble at this rank will have 3 posts in which to seek medical attention (from a medic of S rank or higher) before they will die due to the electricity within the bubbles causing damage to the targets mind and organs.
Name: Wield Thunder Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 0 – 10 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Posts Description: The user channels raiton into their hand, through the palm, and shoots out a bolt of lightning from it. This bolt of lightning is strong enough to cause a stunning effect that lasts one post if it hits its target. It also causes moderate damage (2nd degree electrical burns within a six inch radius of the area hit). If this bolt of lightning misses, but passes within two feet of the intended target it will cause mild damage (1st degree burns due to the heat coming off of the lightning in a small 3 inch large radius of an area).
Name: Water Prison Jutsu (Suirō no Jutsu - 水牢の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. If used defensively, the prison can deflect up to 3 jutsu of lower rank before breaking. Any jutsu of equal or higher rank will instantly disperse the water. Any Raiton or electrified attacks would do damage equal to one rank higher then normal because of the excellent conductive nature of water itself, and the users wet skin. Of course this means the user himself would be shocked as well, and take damage equal to the rank of the jutsu itself. Because of the heavy nature of the water; the user's reflexes (dodge and movement speed) are reduced by 1 rank for the duration of the jutsu.
Name: Suiton Bushin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 60-meters from the user Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts after last clone dissipates Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The clones also cannot use any technique outside of the water element. Also after using a technique they will dissipate as they are only made of 10% of the users chakra. The maximum amount of clones that can be created at once is 5.
Name: Water Release: Water Trumpet Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Water Range: Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user holds their hands to their face with a hand sign that forms a circle with their fingers, through which a jet of water is expelled at high pressure. The jet will travel for a maximum of 15 meters before losing all force and falling to the ground. The pressure of the water is enough to cause significant bruising, and the possibility of dislocated joints; if hit at a distance not to exceed 15 feet, and directly on an exposed joint such as the shoulder. May cause temporary blinding if the opponent it hit directly in the face at close range (<5 meters); at which the blinding would last no more then 3 posts.
Name: Azure Stream Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 5m Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: Requires the use of a water creation jutsu or a standing source of water near the user. The user takes the water and charges it with chakra, wrapping it around their feet and using it to essentially skate over solid surfaces in a way that highly reduced drag and friction, allowing for a increase of speed equal to one full rank (Genin would move as fast as a Chuunin, etc). This speed boost only affects movement speed.
Name: Water Release: Gunshot Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The maximum number of bullet that can be produced it 6. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, making them much deadlier.
Name: Water Release: Wild Bubble Wave (Suiton: Hōmatsu Rappa - 水遁・泡沫乱波) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive || Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per Post Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: The user spits out a large volume of foam-like bubbles which covers the ground and reduces its friction, considerably limiting the opponents' movements. The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen.
Name: Water Release: Bullet Rain Technique (Suiton: Dankoū no Jutsu - 水遁・弾降雨の術) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user creates a "glove" of water over her hand. With a jerk or throwing motion, needle-like projectiles of water shoot from his/her hand towards the target. The projectiles are capable of piecing up to 1/2 of flesh, and are stopped by D-rank or higher armor.
Name: Water Release: Rain Storm (Suiton: Ame Boufuu - 水解放: 雨嵐) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-rank Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This jutsu is basically a water counterpart to Fire Release: Phoenix Flower Jutsu. It sends multiple balls of water at the opponent, and can hide shuriken inside for a secondary surprise attack.
Name: Water Release: Starfish Armor (Suiton: Hitode no Yoroi - ヒトデの装甲) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: This technique uses Shape Transformation to transform and then condense water into the shape of a starfish before directing it to cover their back. With each of the five points covering the body, the user is granted protection from attacks coming from behind them. While this technique can protect against Fire Release Ninjutsu and most lower-ranked Wind Release Ninjutsu, it is weak against Earth Release and Lightning Release. In the case of Lightning Release techniques, this technique will actually amplify it.
Name: Lightning Release: Discharge (Raiton: Hōden - 雷: 放電) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-A Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 5-30 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2-4 posts Description: The user concentrates Lightning Release chakra around the body before releasing it towards their opponent. The amount of chakra used determines the range, damage, and cooldown of the jutsu.
C-rank: 5 meters || 2 post cooldown || 1st degree flash burns. Moderate shock. B-rank: 15 meters || 3 posts cooldown || 2nd degree flash burns. Severe shock. A-rank: 30 meters || 4 posts cooldown || 2nd and 3rd degree flash burns. 1 post stun.
Name: Lightning Release: Uprising (雷遁・反乱 - Raiton: Hanran) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user much place the palms of their hands on a solid surface and force Raiton chakra into the area below them. Once the appropriate amount of chakra has been channeled, it erupts up and outwards into a shockwave that will race outwards in all directions for 10 meters before dispersing. Anything caught by the shockwave will take C-rank Raiton damage; 1st and 2nd degree flash burns on unprotected flesh, severe pain, and 1 post of stun.

Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)
Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: 10 posts, three uses per thread. Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water.
Name: Water Release : Giant Bullet Ball Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user spits a very large, highly pressurized bullet of water from their mouth. The bullet ranges in size from roughly 2 inches to a maximum of 6 inches in diameter. The bullet moves at several dozen feet a second, making it difficult to dodge at close ranges. If preformed properly, the bullet exits the user's mouth with a spin like a bullet; hence the jutsu's name. This spin gives the bullet enhanced accuracy, much as the spin of a normal bullet would; enabling a sufficiently proficient user pinpoint accuracy and further decreasing the chances of evasion. The smaller the bullet fired; the greater the piercing power. A small bullet is meant to cause damage in a small area; punch through the body and take chunks of flesh with it in that way. A larger, thicker bullet however, is more lucky to cause crush injuries; breaking bones and causing major bruising and internal bleeding. The smallest bullets travel at 200 m/s; with the largest moving at a slower, but still impressive, 150 m/s.
Name: Water Release: Cascading Water Waves (Suiton: Kasukēdo Tsunami - 水遁・カスケード水の波) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: 45 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 8 posts Description: The user uses surrounding water from a nearby area to create an enormous wave of water. This wave, like Water Release: Water Colliding Wave, can be manipulated directly by the user using hand movements and can also be broken up into several smaller waves. This allows the user to pummel the opponent(s) with a barrage of water waves that will leave them incapacitated. Another advantage of this technique is that it can be used with atmospheric water. This eliminates reliance on a large body of water and opens up several new possibilities, including the use of this technique in buildings and other places were there is no visible water. The giant waves generated can also act as a defense, mainly against fire based techniques, though.
Name: Water Release: Whirlpool (Suiton: Uzumaki - 水解放: 渦) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: Water Style: Whirlpool is a water-based Ninjutsu that creates a large amount of water that covers an entire area. The water is then turned into a large whirlpool that sucks anything caught underwater. Anything caught in the whirlpool and unable to escape will drown after 5 posts. Ninja of higher rank than the jutsu are able to utilize the Water Walking technique to avoid being pulled under, as well as being able to break the hold of the jutsu if they are swept into the actual whirlpool.
Name: Lightning Release: Shadow Clone Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive, Supplementary Element: Lightning Range: 60 meters max Specialty: Ninujutsu Duration:Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: 7 posts after the last clone is destroyed Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time discharging the equivalent of a C-ranked shock. A maximum of 5 may be created at any given time.

Name: Tempest Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 0 – 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: This is a stronger version of Wield Thunder. On the first post the user channels raiton into their hand, and out their fingers while their hand is pointed skyward. The highly charged raiton is released into the sky where it gathers about twenty feet above the ground (unless indoors, then it'll be the height of the ceiling) as a violent storm cloud. On post two the user directs their hand downward and towards the general direction of the area they wish to hit (the user can control the general direction the bolts hit, but cannot control exactly where the bolts of lightning strike). Out of the storm cloud comes ten lightning bolts, one after another which strike the area the attack was directed towards. These bolts of lighting, if they hit a target, will cause death within three posts if immediate medical attention is not acquired. Anyone within six feet of where one of these bolts strike will suffer 3rd degree electrical burns on an area a foot and a half wide and long on their body.
Name: Chidori (千鳥) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. Extremely effective in piercing through flesh and bone, Chidori can easily amputate limbs if impact is recieved at a joint or the bone is shattered. It's not unusual to see Chidori wounds that show true pierce-through even at the thickest part of the abdomin; and every wound show evidence of severe burning at the points of impact; with instant second degree electrical burns and cauterization of flesh in the wounds.
Name: Lightning Release: Raiton Bullets Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per bullet Cooldown: / Description: By focusing Raiton chakra into the shape of bullets,the user is able to enhance and improve the damage capability of the attack significantly.Each bullet is capable of piercing through several inches of solid steel, over a foot of solid rock, and veryeasily through the body of a human. Each bullet is roughly 2in3 and impacts with damage similar to TNT detonating. The bullet will easily peirce through the body unless protected by armor with Raiton resistance of equal or higher rank; leaving behind a gaping wound and significant 3rd degree electrical burns radiating outward 6in from the entry point. 2nd degree burns radiate out an additional 6 inches from the edge of the 3rd degree burns.
Name: Lightning Release: Heavenly Destruction Technique (雷遁・天災の術 - Raiton: Tensai no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -15 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: This technique permits to generate powerful arcs of lightning to be guided towards targets of the user's choice. The electrical bolts themselves can both electrocute and deliver potent gashes due to the concentration of chakra utilized. The user is able to control up to 5 bolt per post, and each can deliver gashes up to 3 inches deep, 3rd degree burns at contact sites with 2nd degree burns radiating outward for 12 inches from point of contact. Impacts from 3 or more bolts in 1 post causes a stun effect that lasts for 1 post.
Name: Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Mid (5-15m), Long (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts (1 post charge up, 1 post effect) Cooldown: 15 posts, twice per thread. Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen metres high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilisation is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. It is very possible for this jutsu to be lethal, whether through drowning the enemy, the debris swirling in the water with them, or the sheer force of the water crashing upon them. If the victim is lucky enough to survive the initial attack, they can expect everything from internal bruising to broken bones, as well as a moderate to severe concussion if the water impacts the head. The sheer size of this jutsu makes it extremely difficult to escape; as they would be caught in the wave of desctruction even if they manage to avoid the initial impact of the crashing wave.
Name: Water Release: Tidal Wave (Suiton: Tsunami- 水遁・津波) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 10 posts Description: The technique itself is rather simple. The user can generate water by expelling it out of his or her mouth, or by using a pre existing water supply, such as a lake or an ocean (with an ocean being preferable). A huge wave is formed and slowly moves forward from whatever direction the user is facing. The water travels for many meters, crushing and sweeping any obstacles or enemies out of the way, and swamps the land it crosses over. Once the water reaches its apex and crests completely, the huge wave comes crashing down, completely annihilating whatever it collapses down onto. Only the strongest of reinforcements can withstand the force and sheer volume of water the wave brings. Enemies are easily swept off their feet and washed away or even drowned, and obstacles such as barricades or walls are crushed. The remaining water remains behind, enabling other Water Release users to utilize it as a source for their jutsu.
Name: Hundred Year Water Prison (Hyaku Nenkan Gokusou - 陌年獄窓) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post set up, -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 8 Description: The user must charge chakra for 1 post, hand held up with their palm facing the target. At the start of the second post, six huge pillars of water erupt from the ground near the opponent, and move towards him, catching and immobilizing him between them. By doubling the chakra cost, the user can trap chakra beasts up to S-rank for a maximum of 3 posts.
Name: Spiraling Sphere (Rasengan ~ 螺旋丸) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: / Range: The user's palm Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.
Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique (Meisaigakure no Jutsu - 迷彩隠れの術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -35 chakra per post || Maximum of 10 Posts Cooldown: Duration + 10 || Twice per Thread Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.

Name: Rage of the Storm Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 0 – 100 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 Posts Cooldown: 6 Posts Description: This jutsu is the more powerful version of Tempest: the difference being not only the fact that the lightning bolts do far deadlier damage, but also because they can be totally and completely controlled. The user directs and channels raiton through their hand, their fingers, and into the sky. This causes a nasty storm cloud to form that is roughly 50 meters in diameter. Within this storm cloud resides twenty-five lightning bolts (Post One). On the second the user brings their hand down, directing not only the storm cloud but the lightning bolts towards direct targets. The storm cloud then opens up, raining down these lightning bolts upon the intended targets, the user in complete and total control of each and every one. Anyone struck by one of these lightning bolts will instantly be killed: blown to bits by the sheer power within the bolts. Anyone within a 8 meter radius of where one of these bolts strikes will suffer 3rd degree electrical burns that will result in death if not treated by a medic within 3 posts.
Name: Water Release: Great Water Drill Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 30m Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description:The user coats his or her arm in a very large amount of condensed water, and forms it into the shape of a rapidly spinning drill. The user then proceeds to slam the drill into the target and force them to the ground, causing severe injuries to the area that the drill lands on. If it lands on a limb, it is capable of severing it completely. If it lands on the torso, it causes severe damage to the opponent’s organs and potentially pierce completely through their body, if not protected by A-rank or higher armor or the target is 2 ranks below the user. The drill pins the target to the ground for 1 post while the base damage is done; before exploding outwards in a tsunami wave that covers up to a 30 meter radius. The wave carries a force similar to Exploding Colliding Water Wave; and can potentially drown anything caught by it. If the user so choses, they can swing the drill arm around much like a club or mace, causing slashing and crush damage to anything it comes in contact with. 3in deep gashes and broken bones are guarenteed when used this way.
Name: Raikiri (雷切) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 10 posts Description:The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused. Because of this, it is able to cause far more damage, easily able to pierce entirely through the body with or without armor (up to S-rank); and leave instant third degree electrical burns the radiate outwards along the nervous, vascular, and lympathic systems for roughly 6 inches away from the point of impact. Without significant (A-rank or better) medical treatment being recieved within 10 posts, there is a very real chance (>50%) of death occuring.
Name: Lightning Release: Striking White Shadows (Raiton: Butsukaru Shirokage - 雷遁・打白影) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 75 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 10 Description: This technique takes the form of massive white lightning arcs. They can be tall as forest trees, capable of destroying nearly anything in their path. When coming upon contact with conductive objects, the arcs release a widespread burst of electricity, shocking anyone near them. The arcs cause massive Raiton damage to any target they come in contact with; leaving behind horrible 3rd degree burns for 6 inches radiating from the point of contact, with additional 2nd degree burns radiating an additional 2 feet outward. Glancing hits cause 2nd degree burns at contact point and radiating for 9 inches outward. Direct hits can pierce directly through the unprotected body with no problems what so ever and can only be blocked by S or SS rank armor with Raiton protections. The arcs can be redirected by someone with knowledge of the jutsu itself, or with SS-rank Raiton ability.

The swing can be used to counter attacks from multiple opponents simultaneously. The technique receives its name due to the entire movement being reminiscent of a crescent moon.

Name: Cloud Style Circular Beheading (Kumo-Ryū Junkan Kiri - 云流循環斬り) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Kenjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: An attack where the users rushes towards an opponent, apparently trying to stab the opponent, only to launch themselves over the opponent, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a opponent's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise the opponent, move behind them, and strike them from above.
Name: Dragon Spiral Strike (Ryūkansen - 巻閃) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: Melee Specialty: Kenjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Dragon Spiral Strike (龍巻閃, Ryūkansen) Most often used as a counterattack against a thrust or charge, one sidesteps a forward-moving opponent and moves past them. In doing so, one spins in a full circle, adding momentum and centrifugal force to the strength of the sword swing, which is then aimed at either the opponent's back or the back of the neck.
Name: Flash (Issen - 一閃) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: / Range: 10 meters Specialty: Kenjutsu || Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A swift attack where the user swings their sword at a target after coating it in chakra, releasing a sharp crescent of chakra in the arc that the blade was swung. This arc of chakra only travels 10 meters before dissipating, and leaves gashes up to 1 inch deep.

Name: Zenchi Te no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -10 Chakra per Post, up to 5 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: The user focuses a small to medium amount of chakra to their hands, allowing them to heal someones wound when they touch the area. This technique only works for surface wounds and non-serious injuries such as cuts, bruises, ect. The user may also heal themselves just as they would someone else, but again the jutsu can only heal surface wounds. This jutsu takes time to heal, and the larger the wound the longer it takes. If the wound is large then this technique can be used to partially heal it and make it smaller.

Name: Delicate illness Extraction Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: - Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, (Post 1) an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. (Post 2) The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analyzed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu. (20 Chakra)

Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Posts Description: This Medical Ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, because of this only a few highly skilled Medical-Nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's brain the user can overload the patients normal circulation, trapping them in a comotose state.
Name: Chakra Scalpal Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary, Offensive Element: / Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -20 per Post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. (25 Chakra)
Name: Body Pathway Derangement Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Within Touch Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 3 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible.
Name: Cell Activation Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 0 - 5 Meters Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 - 5 Posts Cooldown: Duration +2 Description: Used only in the most dire of surgical procedures to increase the patient's survival rate if even by a single percentage, this technique employs a great level of refined chakra control to simultaneously activate all the cells in a person's body. This is done in order to cause the body to be able to repair itself even while the medical-nin is operating, restoring damaged tissues, and bone structures while healing the target during more invasive and delicate procedures.
